
Starbucks initially engaged the agency, Questus, in redesigning the online store from the user experience process through to design concepts. From there, Starbucks extended the scope of work to include several portions of Starbucks brand site as well.
The scope of work for Starbucks.com included the Starbucks website homepage, the coffee section landing page, and subpages: How to Brew, Our Coffees, Coffee Finder.
Work for the Starbucks Store website included all templates plus the Starbucks Store Subscriptions flow.
